Mariachi Excelencia is a 16-member youth ensemble led by owner and director Emanuel “Manny” Gonzalez. Our musicians bring the beauty of mariachi to celebrations, community stages, and cultural events throughout the Borderland.
Our members include All-Region musicians, state competitors, and Outstanding Performer medalists. Beyond the stage, they give back as mentors—sharing the music, discipline, and community that shaped them.

Every summer for the past three years, Mariachi Excelencia has visited senior citizen centers and hospice care facilities to entertain our beloved seniors. Sharing our music, creating joyful memories, and honoring the generations who came before us is one of the most meaningful parts of who we are.
